At Vaulta Bags, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we’ll make it right — no hassle.
Return Eligibility
If you've received incorrect or defective items, please email us at info@vaultabags.com so we can assist you right away.
If you’d like to return your order for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of delivery — as long as the item is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your return, you’ll receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns that have been used, worn, or are missing their original packaging.
How to Request a Return

Email us at info@vaultabags.com with your order number, shipping address, and reason for return.

We'll send you a return form and provide the return address.

Print and include the completed form with your return.
Please mark “Return” clearly on the outer package, and always use a tracked and insured shipping service. Once your parcel is on the way, email your tracking info to info@vaultabags.com.

Please Note:
Our returns are processed in Asia. This means you may need to return your package internationally, which can result in higher shipping costs depending on your location. These return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
