Found a backpack you love? Fantastic!
Simply select your preferred colour and/or size and click ‘Add to cart’. You can continue browsing at your own pace; your shopping cart will remain accessible via the cart icon in the top right corner. Please note: placing items in your cart does not reserve them.
Finished shopping? Click the cart icon to view your items. On the next page, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click ‘Proceed to checkout’ to complete your order by entering your details in one streamlined checkout form.
Important: Once your order has been placed, it can only be changed within 24 hours. We begin processing your order after this period to ensure fast delivery. If you made an error, please contact us within 24 hours at info@vaultabags.com.

Track Your Order
All orders are shipped with Track & Trace. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow some time for the tracking status to become available after shipping.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your order promptly. Most orders are processed within 1 business day.
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Missed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will usually leave a note or notify you by email/text. Your package will then be held at a nearby pickup location for a limited time. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We process orders quickly, so address changes are often not possible once submitted. If you believe you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@vaultabags.com.
Lost or Stolen Package
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 14 days of the listed delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and keep you informed throughout the process.
